Who is the Professional plan for?
Builders, contractors, remodelers and trades who need one system to run their jobs end to end — from the estimate that wins the work to the invoice that closes it out.
What is actually included?
CRM, leads and customers. Estimates, proposals and contracts. Projects, tasks, scheduling and daily logs. Time clock, timesheets and payroll export. Job costing, invoices, payments and change orders. Materials, purchase orders and vendor bills. Equipment, documents and photos. Plus reporting on all of it.
Can my customers or subcontractors log in?
Customer and vendor/subcontractor portals are part of the Business plan at $249/month, along with Ask Build Site, the Historical Cost Library, advanced reporting and API access. Professional covers your own team running the work.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. You enter payment details when you start, through Stripe's own secure checkout, but you are not charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends from your billing settings and you will not be charged.
Can I move to a different plan later?
Yes, from your billing settings. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down is scheduled for the end of your current billing period so you keep what you have paid for.
