Before you start
What does the Assets & Team plan include?
Two things, in depth: your people and your equipment. Employee directory, crews and skills, clock in and out, timesheets, employee hours and workforce reporting on the team side. An equipment, vehicle and tool register with QR identification, check-out, hours and mileage, maintenance and service history, inspections, issues, repairs, downtime and parts on the asset side.
Is estimating, invoicing or job costing included?
No. Assets & Team is deliberately focused on workforce and equipment. Estimates, proposals, contracts, projects, scheduling, job costing and invoicing are part of the Professional plan at $149/month. You can move up at any time from your billing settings.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. You enter payment details when you start, through Stripe's own secure checkout, but you are not charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends from your billing settings and you will not be charged.
Can my crew use this on their phones?
Yes. Field access is phone-first: your crew can clock in and out and see their own day from a phone browser, and equipment carries QR identification so a machine can be identified on the spot.
What happens after the 14 days?
The plan continues at $99/month, billed monthly per company, unless you cancel first. You can cancel or change plan yourself from your billing settings at any time.
